Scott Clarke is a very hard working and professional realtor. He went above and beyond all expectations to close the deal on my house. When I was at work or had something going on he was always there to help me out and get things done if I was unable to do so. This the REAL Scott Clarke! He is worth every penny of his commission. We started looking at purchasing a detached home during the pandemic, which, as we all know, only crazy people would do given how low inventory was (is) and how high prices had skyrocketed. Scott listened to our ever-evolving needs without judgement and took us to endless viewing appointments, only to hear us tell him time and time again how the basement suite was too small, the driveway was too steep, the floor was too uneven, or like who would even design such a ridiculous kitchen layout...No house was good enough for us.
